This banner was created in conjunction with a public art extravaganza organized by ET4U that brought art in the form of double-sided fabric banners to the streets of four small coastal towns in Denmark during the summer of 2013. Fifty one artists from around the world were invited to submit digital files that were then printed on fabric and hung on posts in commercial and residential neighborhoods. I was the only American artist to participate in 2013 and had the chance to travel to each of the four towns thanks to the gracious hospitality of the organizers, Klavs Weiss and Karen Haskov Jensen.
Dirty Laundry reproduces the list of tasks I had to do at the time my files were due for this project, all vying for my attention. Intermingled personal and professional goals were splayed out before the public eye.
